Valerian, Eschscholzia, and Melatonin in an Evening Formula

A herbal formula with valerian, California poppy, and melatonin. For those who choose a calm evening routine with traditionally used plants — as part of an evening ritual leading up to sleep.

who it's for

For those who consciously build their evening routine

For those who choose herbal extracts as part of a calm evening routine. For those who value traditionally used plants such as valerian and Eschscholzia, combined with a low dose of melatonin. For those who consciously approach their sleep hygiene — bedtime, screen use, environment, nutrition — and wish to consider a herbal supplement.

how it works

Three ingredients, one evening formula

traditionally used plants

Valeriana officinalis (valerian) and Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) are plants with a long tradition in herbal preparations — European and North American, respectively.

Valerian + Eschscholzia

melatonin

Melatonin is an endogenous molecule released in the evening. We consciously chose a low dose (0.295 mg) as part of a complete herbal formula.

Melatonin 0.295 mg

thoughtful combination

Three ingredients in harmonized dosages — a formula that can be integrated into a conscious evening ritual. Not a heavy sleeping medication, but a herbal supplement.

frequently asked questions

Questions about this formula

Melatonin is a molecule that the body produces itself — mainly in the pineal gland in the brain, especially in the evening in response to decreasing light. It plays a role in the natural day-night rhythm. In supplement form, melatonin has been used for several decades, mainly for rhythm disturbances (jet lag, shift work). Important to know: melatonin is not a classic sleeping pill.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a European plant with a long history in herbal preparations. Eschscholzia californica, the California poppy, comes from the west coast of North America and has a similar traditional history among Native American tribes. Both plants are recognized in European herbal medicine as traditionally used — we cannot claim more than that as a dietary supplement.
For regular intake: if in doubt, discuss with your general practitioner or pharmacist. Many people experience sleep problems that have underlying causes — stress, shift work, screen use, irregular bedtimes, medication, or medical conditions such as sleep apnea. A supplement is a tool, not a solution for structural sleep problems. For persistent sleep problems: consult a doctor.
