Terms and Conditions

1. Who are we?

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of:

2. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any deviation is only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Offer and order

All prices shown on our website are in euros, VAT included, and exclusive of shipping costs - unless stated otherwise. For food supplements in Belgium, a VAT rate of 6% applies.

The offers on our website are valid while stocks last. We do our best to keep the product information shown correct and up to date, but typing errors may occur. In the event of an obvious error, for example a price that is clearly incorrect, we are not obliged to honour that offer.

An order is only final after you have received our order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via our payment partner Mollie. We accept:

  • Bancontact

  • Visa & Mastercard

  • iDEAL

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • PayPal

Your order is only shipped after successful payment.

5. Delivery

For shipping conditions, costs and timeframes, please refer to our shipping policy.

The risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you at the moment of delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

How to withdraw?
Send an email to info@natureavenue.be with your order number and a note that you wish to return your order. You will then receive instructions for sending it back.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be unused and unopened.

  • Products must be in their original packaging.

  • Sealed food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, in accordance with the exception to the right of withdrawal under Article VI.53, 5° of the Code of Economic Law.

Refund:
After receipt and inspection of the return, we refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days via the payment method used for the order.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

7. Warranty and defects

Our products are covered by the legal 2-year warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles 1649bis et seq. of the Civil Code.

In the event of a defect, please report it within 2 months of discovery via info@natureavenue.be, with a photo and a description of the problem. Together we will find a suitable solution: replacement, repair or refund.

8. Liability

Our food supplements are notified to the FPS Public Health and comply with Belgian and European regulations. They are not a substitute for a varied diet, a healthy lifestyle or medical advice.

If you have any doubts about use, for example during pregnancy, when taking medication or in the case of an existing medical condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist first.

Nature Avenue cannot be held liable for:

  • damage caused by improper use of products;

  • damage caused by exceeding the recommended daily dose;

  • unforeseeable allergic reactions. Always read the list of ingredients carefully.

9. Intellectual property

All content on natureavenue.be, including texts, photos, logo and design, is the property of Nature Avenue BV. Nothing may be copied, reproduced or published without prior written permission.

10. Disputes

All agreements with Nature Avenue are governed exclusively by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, we always try to reach a solution amicably first. If this is not possible, the courts of Antwerp, Mechelen division, have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on this page.
