Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your return, you then have another 14 days to send the product back.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method with which the order was originally placed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, we ask that:
- The products are unopened and unused
- The products are in their original packaging
- The return shipment is sufficiently protected and packaged
- The return within the statutory return period is registered
Due to hygiene and food safety, opened food supplements cannot be returned.
How to return an order
Option 1 - Request return label
You can easily request a return label via our customer service. We will then provide you with a GLS return label that you can use to return the package.
After receiving the label, you only need to drop off the package at a GLS Parcel Shop.
Option 2 - Drop off yourself at a GLS Parcel Shop
You can also choose to return your parcel directly to a GLS Parcel Shop.
We work exclusively with GLS for our shipments and returns.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible.
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receipt.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we may refuse the refund or only process it partially.
