1. Scope
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to every visit to and use of the Nature Avenue website/webshop and to every distance purchase agreement between Nature Avenue and a consumer who orders products via the webshop.
1.2. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Nature Avenue.
1.3. Before placing the order, the Customer is given the opportunity to consult and save these terms.
2. Definitions
Customer/Consumer: any natural person of at least 18 years of age acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Ordering by minors or professional resale is not permitted.
Product(s): all food supplements and care products offered via the Nature Avenue webshop.
Agreement: the distance purchase agreement that is concluded when the Customer places an order and Nature Avenue confirms it.
Business day: any day except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
3. Offer and information
3.1. The online offer is without obligation and valid while stocks last. Obvious (typing) errors do not bind Nature Avenue.
3.2. Images are for illustration only. In case of doubt, the Customer always consults the label and packaging of the delivered product for the exact composition, dosage and shelf life.
3.3. The information on the product pages is informative. For specific questions about use in the case of medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding or in combination with medication, the Customer always consults a doctor or pharmacist.
3.4. Food supplements are not medicines and are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. In case of doubt about diet or medical sensitivities, the Customer contacts their treating physician.
4. Account and use of the website
4.1. The Customer can order as a guest or via an account. Data must be correct and up to date. The Customer is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
4.2. In the event of (suspected) misuse, fraud or non-compliance, Nature Avenue may refuse orders, block accounts or request additional verification.
5. Formation of the agreement
5.1. The ordering procedure involves selecting products, going through checkout steps and confirming the order with acceptance of these terms.
5.2. After payment, the Customer receives an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email. The agreement is formed after acceptance and confirmation by Nature Avenue.
5.3. Nature Avenue may (partially) refuse or dissolve an order for objective reasons, such as incorrect address details, unavailability of products, unsuccessful payment or suspicion of resale.
6. Prices, costs and payment
6.1. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
6.2. The price at the time of ordering applies (save for obvious error). Shipping costs and any surcharges are shown before the order is finalised.
6.3. Payment is made online via the payment methods offered. Cash payment or cheque is not possible.
6.4. In the event of payment problems or chargebacks, Nature Avenue is entitled to suspend or cancel performance.
6.5. Retention of title: delivered goods remain the property of Nature Avenue until full payment. The risk of loss or damage passes upon physical receipt by the Customer or a third party designated by them.
6.6. Our shipping partner is GLS. The shipping costs below apply to all deliveries. You can choose home delivery ("home parcel") or a pick-up point ("parcel locker").

7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer in the countries and regions that Nature Avenue allows in the checkout.
7.2. If no specific delivery period is indicated, we deliver within 30 days of the order. In the event of a delay, we inform the Customer; if the period is exceeded, the Customer may dissolve the agreement free of charge and a refund follows.
7.3. If the Customer is absent and the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier's procedures apply (pick-up point, retention period).
7.4. Incorrectly provided address or contact details may cause additional costs or cancellation and are at the Customer's expense.
7.5. In the event of visible transport damage, the Customer notes this immediately upon delivery and reports it as soon as possible by email to info@natureavenue.be (with photos of the product and the packaging).
8. Right of withdrawal (consumer)
8.1. The Consumer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after receipt of the (last) product in the order.
8.2. To withdraw, an unambiguous statement by email to info@natureavenue.be or via the contact form suffices. Use of the EU model withdrawal form is possible but not mandatory.
8.3. The Customer returns the products within 14 days of withdrawal in accordance with Nature Avenue's return instructions, described in the Return Policy.
8.4. The return costs are at the Customer's expense, unless Nature Avenue states otherwise.
8.5. Nature Avenue refunds all payments received (including standard delivery costs, excluding extras due to a non-standard shipping method) within 14 days of withdrawal, and may wait until receipt or proof of shipment of the return.
8.6. The Customer is liable for a reduction in value if they have gone beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product (signs of use, missing packaging, damage).
8.7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is legally excluded for (Art. VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law):
- Goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
- Sealed food supplements and care products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health and whose seal has been broken after delivery
- Goods that are irreversibly mixed with other products after delivery
In practice, this means that opened food supplements and care products cannot be returned. Only unopened products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for a refund.

9. Conformity and warranty
9.1. Nature Avenue delivers products that conform to the agreement and to reasonable expectations, taking into account the product specifications and legal provisions.
9.2. The legal warranty in accordance with Book VI of the Code of Economic Law and the Civil Code applies. Report visible non-conformity as soon as possible and hidden non-conformity within a reasonable period after discovery via info@natureavenue.be.
9.3. The warranty does not apply in the case of:
- Normal wear or discolouration of the packaging
- Improper or careless use
- Storage outside the recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, light)
- Use after the expiry date
- Damage due to external causes
- Failure to follow the use or storage instructions on the packaging
10. Liability
10.1. Nature Avenue is not liable for indirect damage (consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data), except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
10.2. For delay or delivery problems, liability is limited to a refund of the price of the (not or late) delivered product and any shipping costs paid in accordance with the law.
10.3. As far as legally permitted, any total liability of Nature Avenue is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product and/or to what is paid out by Nature Avenue's liability insurance.
10.4. Product information from manufacturers or suppliers (changing formulations, weights, packaging, labels) may change; the packaging and label of the delivered product prevail.
10.5. Food supplements: food supplements are not medicines and cannot prevent, treat or cure diseases. Nature Avenue is not liable for the failure to achieve a result expected by the Customer. In case of doubt, the Customer should consult a doctor or pharmacist, in particular during pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions or concurrent use of medication.
11. Force majeure
11.1. In the event of force majeure (circumstances beyond reasonable control, including fire, strike, epidemic or pandemic, flood, disruptions at carriers, IT, energy or telecom, government measures, supply problems), obligations are suspended for as long as the force majeure lasts.
11.2. If the force majeure continues uninterrupted for more than 2 months, either party may dissolve the agreement without compensation.
12. Intellectual property
12.1. All rights to the content of the webshop (texts, photos, illustrations, trademarks, layout, product-specific icon use) belong to Nature Avenue or its licensors.
12.2. It is not permitted to commercially exploit or copy content without prior written permission.
12.3. By posting user-generated content (reviews, photos, testimonials), the Customer grants Nature Avenue a non-exclusive, free licence to use that content in the webshop and in marketing communications, within reasonable limits.
13. Customer service and complaints
13.1. Questions or complaints? Contact us by email at info@natureavenue.be or via the contact form on the website.
13.2. We respond within 14 days of receipt, or send an acknowledgement of receipt with an indication of the handling period.
13.3. If you are not satisfied with the handling, you can — for orders delivered in Belgium — contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be) or the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr). This does not affect the right to go to the competent court.
14. Applicable law and competent court
14.1. These terms and every agreement between Nature Avenue and the Customer are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's place of residence within the EU.
14.2. The courts as legally determined for consumers have jurisdiction. In B2B relationships (if applicable), unless otherwise agreed, the court of the district of Nature Avenue's registered office has jurisdiction.
15. Changes and severability
15.1. Nature Avenue may amend these terms. For existing orders, the terms in force at the time of the order apply.
15.2. If a provision is declared null or invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. The parties replace the null provision with one that most closely approximates the intention.
16. Privacy and cookies
16.1. Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Statement and Cookie Statement as published on the website.
16.2. For payment processing and logistics, Nature Avenue may use processors and partners; data sharing takes place in accordance with the Privacy Statement.
17. Resale and quantity restrictions
17.1. Orders are intended exclusively for consumer use. Nature Avenue may limit quantities and refuse orders in the event of a suspicion of resale or improper use.
17.2. Nature Avenue may carry out additional verifications for security and fraud prevention reasons.
18. Food supplements, hygiene and safety
18.1. All food supplements offered by Nature Avenue comply with Belgian and European regulations and, where required, are notified to the FPS Public Health.
18.2. Specific return restrictions apply to food supplements and care products for reasons of hygiene and food safety (see Art. 8.7).
18.3. Store and use products according to the instructions on the packaging. Check the expiry date and the seal upon receipt.
18.4. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
18.5. In case of hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients or in case of doubt, the Customer consults a doctor or pharmacist.
